How much does IV therapy cost in Southern California?

Our drips run from $230 for the Astral Cocktail to $950 for an iron infusion. Every price on this site includes the nurse visit, supplies and monitoring.

Is IV hydration safe, and who places the line?

Only licensed registered nurses place and monitor our IVs. Every client completes an intake reviewed before the visit, and the nurse stays for the entire infusion.

What does NAD+ do, and how long does it take?

NAD+ supports cellular energy metabolism. It is infused slowly — plan for two to four hours depending on dose and tolerance.

Do you come to hotels and offices?

Yes, across all four service areas. We set up in whatever space you have and clear everything out when we are done.

NAD+ IV

What's in it

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), delivered slowly in a saline base to reduce side effects.

What to expect

The longest session on the menu. NAD+ is infused slowly because faster rates commonly cause chest tightness, flushing, or cramping — your nurse adjusts the rate throughout and can pause if needed. Come ready to sit or recline for the full session.

Who it's for

Adults interested in cellular energy support. Not appropriate during pregnancy or with certain heart or kidney conditions — reviewed at intake.

What it is for

Who books NAD+

People running on empty

Long stretches of poor sleep, travel or workload, where hydration alone has stopped moving the needle.

Athletes between blocks

Often paired with the Recovery & Performance IV across a heavier training cycle.

Long-horizon wellness clients

Those already tracking sleep, labs and training, adding NAD+ on a planned cadence.

Common questions

More in Learn →
Does this reverse aging?

No — the research on NAD+ and cellular aging is real but still developing, mostly from animal and oral-precursor studies, not IV-specific human trials.

Why so long?

Slower rates prevent discomfort, not padding time.

How IV Hydration Therapy Actually Works

When you drink water, it has to pass through your digestive system before it reaches your bloodstream — a process that takes time and is limited by how much fluid your gut can absorb at once. IV hydration delivers fluids, electrolytes, and vitamins directly into your bloodstream through a vein, bypassing digestion entirely. That's why it can rehydrate someone faster than drinking fluids alone, particularly when they're already dehydrated, nauseated, or unable to keep fluids down.

A typical IV bag contains a saline or balanced electrolyte solution — sodium, potassium, and other minerals your body uses to regulate fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contraction. Depending on the formula, vitamins like B-complex or vitamin C may be added. Sessions usually take 45–60 minutes and are administered by a registered nurse, who monitors the drip rate and checks in throughout.

IV hydration isn't necessary for everyday thirst — plain water works fine for that. It's most useful when you're significantly dehydrated (illness, heat, alcohol, intense exercise) or want faster relief than oral fluids can provide.

NAD+ IV Therapy: What It Is and What the Evidence Actually Says

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body, where it plays a central role in converting food into cellular energy and supporting DNA repair. NAD+ levels are known to decline with age, which is part of why it's marketed as an anti-aging and energy treatment.

Here's the honest picture: research on NAD+ and cellular aging is real and ongoing, but most of it has been done in animal models or in early-stage human trials using oral precursors (like NR or NMN), not IV-administered NAD+ itself. Clinical evidence specifically supporting IV NAD+ for anti-aging, cognitive enhancement, or addiction recovery in humans is still limited. That doesn't mean it does nothing — patients often report feeling more energized or clear-headed after a session — but we won't claim it reverses aging or cures anything, because the science isn't there yet.

If you're considering NAD+ IV therapy, think of it as a longer, more closely monitored infusion aimed at cellular support, not a proven medical treatment for a specific condition. Our nurses can talk through realistic expectations during your intake call.

Iron Infusion IV: Who Actually Needs One

Unlike most items on an IV menu, iron infusion is a well-established, medically necessary treatment — not a wellness add-on. It's used to correct iron-deficiency anemia, a diagnosed condition where the blood doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen efficiently, often causing fatigue, shortness of breath, or dizziness.

Oral iron supplements are the first-line treatment for mild deficiency, but they're slow to work, poorly absorbed by some people, and commonly cause GI side effects like constipation or nausea. IV iron delivers a much larger dose directly into the bloodstream, correcting deficiency in far fewer sessions than pills would take.

Because this treats a real medical condition, it's not something to book on a whim: we require recent lab work (a CBC and iron panel) confirming the diagnosis before administering it, and a nurse monitors you throughout the infusion for reaction. If you haven't had bloodwork recently, that's the first step — talk to your doctor or ask us about arranging labs before your visit.

Does IV Therapy Actually Help a Hangover?

A hangover is mostly the result of dehydration, electrolyte loss, low blood sugar, and the buildup of acetaldehyde — a toxic byproduct your liver produces while breaking down alcohol. Alcohol is also a diuretic, meaning it makes you urinate more, which compounds the fluid loss.

IV hydration can meaningfully help with the dehydration and electrolyte-loss part of that equation, often faster than drinking water and electrolyte drinks would, especially if nausea is making it hard to keep fluids down. Some formulas add anti-nausea medication and B vitamins, which can ease symptoms further.

What IV therapy won't do is speed up how fast your liver processes alcohol or acetaldehyde — that happens at a fixed rate no infusion can change. So think of a Reboot IV as effective symptom relief for the dehydration and nausea side of a hangover, not a way to "flush out" alcohol faster than your body already does.

IV Therapy for Athletes: What's Actually in a Recovery Drip

Intense exercise, especially in heat, can cause significant fluid and electrolyte loss through sweat — sodium, potassium, and magnesium in particular. Replacing those losses is genuinely important for recovery and performance, and there's solid research supporting rehydration and electrolyte replacement after exhaustive exercise.

A typical recovery IV combines a balanced electrolyte solution with amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein your muscles use to repair after strain. The rehydration and electrolyte-replacement piece has strong evidence behind it, particularly if you're already dehydrated after training or competition. The added-ingredient piece (amino acids, specific vitamin blends) has more limited direct evidence in a single-IV context, though the underlying nutrients are ones your body genuinely uses in recovery.

Practically: if you're chronically dehydrated after training, in-season, or recovering from back-to-back events, this is one of the more evidence-backed uses of IV therapy on our menu.

Can IV Therapy Help You Get Over a Cold Faster?

When you're sick, staying hydrated matters — fever, reduced appetite, and sometimes vomiting or diarrhea can all lead to fluid loss at exactly the moment your body needs fluids most to function well. A Cold & Flu IV typically combines hydration with vitamin C, zinc, and B vitamins, all of which play roles in normal immune function.

To be direct about the evidence: hydration itself is unambiguously helpful when you're ill. The added vitamins and minerals support immune function in people who are deficient in them, but research doesn't show that extra vitamin C or zinc beyond what a well-nourished person already has will make a cold resolve significantly faster. What an IV can reliably offer is fast, thorough rehydration and a comfortable way to get fluids in when eating and drinking normally feels difficult.

If you're severely ill — high fever, difficulty breathing, unable to keep any fluids down — see a doctor or urgent care first. IV hydration supports comfort and recovery; it isn't a substitute for medical evaluation of a serious illness.

Home/Your first visit
Your first visit

What actually happens.

No surprises and no upsell at the door. Here is the whole sequence, what to have ready, and the situations where we will tell you not to book.

The sequence

Five steps, start to finish

01
You request a visit

Pick a city, a drip and a time window. Or say you are not sure and we will advise.

02
Intake review

A short health history and medication list. A nurse reads it before we confirm.

03
We confirm

You get the nurse name and an arrival window. Nothing is charged yet.

04
The visit

Setup, vitals, line placement, then a monitored infusion. 45 minutes to four hours.

05
Clear-out

Sharps and packaging leave with us. We call the next day to check in.

Before we arrive

Have these ready

Eat something

A light meal an hour before. Do not come to a drip fasted.

Drink water

Being reasonably hydrated makes the line easier to place.

A list of medications

Including supplements. This matters more than people expect.

Somewhere to sit for a while

A chair or sofa with an arm free, and a power outlet nearby for longer infusions.

Loose sleeves

Anything that rolls above the elbow.

Talk to us first

When we may decline

Some conditions and medications mean we will refer you to your physician instead of booking. The intake review exists to catch these, and it happens before you are charged.

Kidney or heart failure, or fluid restriction
Pregnancy, unless your OB has cleared it
Active infection needing urgent care
Iron infusion without recent lab work
Known reaction to an ingredient in the formula

Not a complete list, and not medical advice. If you are severely unwell, see a doctor or urgent care rather than booking a drip.

Practical questions

Does it hurt?

You feel the line going in and not much after. If it stings during the infusion, tell the nurse and they will slow the rate.

Can someone stay with me?

Yes. Most people have a drip on their own sofa with family around.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move a visit up to 12 hours ahead at no cost. Inside 12 hours we may charge a callout fee.

Do you take insurance?

No. These are elective wellness services paid directly, with the exception of iron infusion, where you may be able to claim through your provider.

Is my information private?

Your intake is handled as confidential health information and is not shared outside the clinical team.

Ready to book?

Group & event bookings

One nurse, one room, everyone at once.

Bachelorette weekends, wedding mornings, hotel groups, birthdays and retreats. We bring enough nurses for the headcount and run sessions back to back in the same space.

Occasions

What people book us for

Bachelorette weekends

The most common group booking we take. Usually the morning after, in a rental or hotel suite.

Wedding mornings

Both parties, before hair and makeup. We work around the schedule and stay out of the photos.

Hotel & resort groups

Anaheim resort district and coastal Orange County. We coordinate with the concierge.

Birthdays & retreats

Private homes, Airbnbs and small venues across all four service areas.

How it works

Priced per person, quoted up front

Tell us the headcount, the city and the date. We come back with a per-person price and the number of nurses it takes. Everyone picks their own drip from the menu, and each person completes their own intake before the day.

$TBD per person · group minimum
and rate still to be set
Minimum headcount to be confirmed
Everyone chooses their own drip from the standard menu
Individual intake per person, handled by us
One invoice for the organiser
Deposit terms and cancellation window TBD
Placeholder terms · pricing to be decided

Planning something?

Send the date, city and rough headcount. We will come back with a per-person quote.
